##About
I'm a new attorney, admitted to the Michigan Bar. I studied biology at Oakland
University, then clerked at a patent firm, Dierker & Kavanaugh, where I
reviewed and docketed several dozen patent matters, mostly in chemistry, and
worked with technical documents and engineering figures. I earned my J.D. at
Detroit Mercy. In law school I interned at the Washtenaw County Prosecutor's
Office, and in the Criminal Trial Clinic I represented misdemeanor clients
under attorney supervision in district courts in Detroit and Troy.
I also went into sales, first in small-business financing and then in mortgage
lending. I saw how much of the day goes to the work around a deal: gathering
information, reading financial documents, deciding the next step, following
up. I taught myself to code by automating that work, then shared the tools
with the people around me.
I didn't expect my legal education to lead to building enterprise AI software.
Advising on AI and building it is now my work, at AD Mortgage and through MCFUS.
##Current work
###AD Mortgage: Sales Strategy Analyst
I'm a founding member of AD Mortgage's Sales Strategy department in Troy,
Michigan. I joined as an Account Executive in January 2026 and moved into this
newly created role in May 2026, after building and sharing AI automation tools
with the sales team. The remit is open: modernize the company's systems,
especially the CRM.
- I advise and teach colleagues and leadership across departments on AI, in
the Michigan and Florida offices.
- I built ADSignal, the company's call-intelligence platform.
- I lead planning for CRM improvements, starting with task automations that
the CRM development team built.
- I introduced an AI-powered autodialing platform, negotiated the contract,
and guided the sales team through adoption. I manage the vendor
relationship.
- I led the company's data-broker evaluation from vendor outreach to
selection, and built a lead-enrichment system that combines several brokers'
data with AI research that cites its sources.
- I build small automations that colleagues and sales leaders use in their
daily workflows, such as account reassignment.
###MCFUS: Founder & Principal AI Consultant / Engineer
MCFUS is my AI consulting and engineering company, which I've run since
February 2026. I advise a BBB-accredited national financing firm on where AI
and automation fit its sales and funding operations, then design, build, and
maintain the systems below. I train users on the CRM and teach MCFUS staff AI
use and agentic software development.

##Selected work
###ADSignal
ADSignal is AD Mortgage's call-intelligence platform. I built it in 2026 to
make call review part of everyday selling, and took it from an MVP to
company-wide use. It's integrated with the company's phone systems and CRM, and
it replaced the company's previous third-party call-intelligence software. It
gives salespeople and their managers AI call summaries, coaching, and
rubric-based evaluation, and supports their work with mortgage brokers.
- Captures 15k+ call transcripts and recordings a week.
- Serves 120+ users: the entire sales organization.
- Its Prompt Lab makes prompt design accessible to non-technical users.
- I built nearly all of it, directing AI coding agents under automated testing
and code review. DevOps at AD Mortgage coordinates production releases.
- I lead training and onboarding for every user, from new hires to sales
leadership.

###CRM and marketing systems for a national financing firm
Built through MCFUS for the firm described above. I architected and built both
systems, and I maintain them.
- CRM and lead distribution. 2M+ leads for a 50-person sales team. It
brings leads from multiple providers, each with its own data structure, into
consistent records, distributes them across the team, and handles call
history and KPI reporting. I train and
onboard every user. TypeScript, Node.js/Express, React, and PostgreSQL.
- AI-driven marketing platform. Turns merchant applications and financial
documents into structured client summaries, and runs email campaigns of more than 10,000 emails a month.
Ask me about: combining lead data that each provider formats differently, AI
extraction from financial documents, and rolling out a CRM.
###Lighthouse
My own dashboard for directing dozens of AI coding agents working in parallel
across machines and projects, using more than one AI provider. It combines a
live kanban board, the decisions that need a person, and agent-health
monitoring. Node.js, JavaScript, and Python.

should wait for a person.

- Much of my day goes to earning buy-in for projects and explaining them to
technical and nontechnical colleagues.
- I learn how a team actually works, show a working version early, and then
own the system through rollout and training.
- I build with AI coding agents through scoped branches, automated tests, and
code review. I'm happy to verify any of the work on this page.

## About
I'm a new attorney, admitted to the Michigan Bar. I studied biology at Oakland
